Jamb applications have been made with countless types of materials since ancient times. Wood, stone, marble, concrete, PVC, gypsum are the most popular ones in the construction market, depending on the features and design of the building. Step by Step Jamb Application Illustrated Explanation
The surface on which the jamb will be applied is measured. Styrofoam Profile is measured and marked by taking its square. It is brought to the state of cutting the square of the jamb. |

The exterior jamb profile is carefully cut at the marked size and at the level of the miter with the help of a jamb cutting apparatus or a saw. |

Acrylic-based elastic special styrofoam adhesive or cement-based exterior thermal insulation adhesive is applied to the back surface of the jamb profile. |

The important point in jamb application; Acrylic-based elastic styrofoam adhesive is applied to the joints of the profiles. |

The jamb profiles are adhered to each other with the correct pressure method and the adhesive material is provided to overflow. If necessary, the jamb profiles should be fixed with concrete nails until sufficient drying is achieved. |

After the acrylic-based styrofoam adhesive dries at the appropriate level, the overflowing mortar is cleaned from the surface with the help of a spatula or a utility knife. |

With the help of a spatula, the surface is reset with acrylic mortar and the jambs are left to dry. After drying, the profiles, on which the jamb is applied with all kinds of paints that do not contain solvents or thinners, are painted with exterior paint if they are outdoors, and interior paints if they are interior spaces. |
